After months of scouting, live castings, photoshoots and interviews, Terri Creative Services and Management revealed their first 32 Indigenous, Ethnic & Pacific Faces to the commercial world. On Thursday 11th May 2017 Terri Creative Services & Management officially launched the 'Talent Management' arm of the business. A VIP industry event was held at Backyard Opera Studio in Tempe, Sydney to showcase the outstanding faces that have been successfully casted through to the agency during the Autumn/Winter talent intake. The event was official opened by Indigenous elder Uncle Max Eulo as he performed a traditional smoking ceremony to kick off the new agency on the highest most positive level!
'A smoking ceremony is an ancient custom among Indigenous Australians that involves burning various native plants to produce smoke, which is believed to have cleansing properties and the ability to ward off bad spirits.'
The atmosphere was set with the acoustic melodies by Shauna Purcell & Grace Brown Music as they performed the most amazing mash up of both old school and new school tracks which left us all wanting more when it was time to vacate! The venue flooded with industry personal with the likes of the General Pants Co Group, The Collective, Pacific Brands, Digicel & Pacific Runway just to name a few.
We had a full pacific catering team Vaughan catering services - run by Angela Lavaki whipping up the yummy canapés and finger food treats for the evening keeping all of our guest's happy and asking for more!
Not to mention the most Delicious handcrafted donuts supplied by our talented friends at Donut Hut.
Founded by Saili Latu - which were such a hit and from what I heard 100 donuts were literally inhaled by our guest's in less then 20 mins or so! Outstanding work ladies!
We were very fortunate to have 2 very well established brands Arbonne - Kristin Stewart & Ice white Teeth sponsor our event by providing our gorgeous new models with some wonderful beauty products and funky new teeth whitening kits, which they all absolutely loved!
Along with all the other amazing brands and businesses who sponsored our event we also had the fantastic team from Sample Brew supply our guests with a Sample of their funky labeled Ale!
The brand worked hand in hand with the Terri Creative's brand and the arty decor of our host venue Backyard Opera, according to our guest it was none other than 'refreshing!'
Lastly we were grateful to have our media partners capturing all the excitement and behind the scenes moments! We were overwhelmed with the turnout of our launch and the venue host advised us that it was one of the biggest events to date that they have had in their premises. The models of Terri Creative Services and Management were shining on another level and we are so happy to create & provide this platform for our Indigenous, Ethnic & Pacific Talent.

All 32 faces will go live via terricreatives.com - from 9am (EST) Thursday 18th May 2017. Our talent will be available for all bookings in the commercial, fashion, editorial, runway & television sectors.
